As for Erat, I haven't spoke to him at all about this situation, I'm fairly certain if i speak to him about it, I will end up pissed off at him and he will lose his clan. But as a result of his piss poor behavior in the server on Friday he has lost his adminship to everything and is currently banned from the BF 3 server. If he cares to remedy the situation he knows what needs to be done.
