So here I am trying to get a straight answer about an e-mail I got from EA regarding the release date of BF3....

Berly: Hi.
you: So I just got this as an e-mail: "Thank you for ordering on Origin. The release date for the preorder product has changed. The product listed below will now be available on October 24, 2011. "
you: But I cannot connect
Berly: May I know from which country are you playing the game ?
you: United States EDT
Berly:
Berly: Thank you for providing me the information.
Berly:
Berly: Please allow me a minute so that I can research further.
you: ok thanks
Berly: The game will be launching on 25th October.
you: Then why did I get an email saying that it is available on the 24th?
Berly: Please ignore it as it might be a false email.
you: it is a direct email from orders@origin-store.com with my name an product numberi included
Berly: I can understand it.
Berly: Please ignore it as it might be generated with a false information.
Berly: Please ignore it and the game will be released on 25th October.
you: it's definetely from EA though, it comes from the same email that sent me information about the pre-load
Berly: May I have the picture of the email ?
you: do I use the email function that is in the chat box in the upper right hand corner?
Berly: Yes but it'll be forwarded to the chat support.
you: how do you want me to send it to you?
Berly: Please take a screen shot and i'll guide you further.
you: ok I took one an saved it
Berly: Alright.

Berly: Is it a download version ?
you: Yes and I already have it pre-loaded through Origin
Berly: Okay.
Berly: Actually its for pre-loading
you: The pre-load was available over the weekend though
Berly: The game will be ready for download a day before the release and the download percentage will stop around 99.9% then on releasing date the download will be finished.
you: I was able to pre-load it over the weekend. The email says the release date changed. It is not talking about the pre-load
you: I already got a pre-load email
Berly: Its just a repetitive mail regarding pre loading.
you: why does it say release date change though?
Berly: Its a preloading mail, Please ignore it.
you: I still don't understand why an email that was about preloading would have a subject line that says "Origin - Preorder Release Date Change"
Berly: Is there anything else you wish to know?
Berly: As I have mentioned above the mail is regarding the pre loading.
you: Alright I guess I have to beleive you seeing as the game still isn't opening anyway
